10 Minute Morning Yoga Sequence
I know - I don't have an extra 10 minutes in the morning either... who does? But one of my goals for 2017 is to bring more daily yoga into my life, so I decided to give this a shot. My goal is to rise earlier than anyone else in the house for a meager 10 minutes of yoga, set my intention for the day, create a clear focus, and allow myself to start fresh each day. Not a bad way to start the day.
